Nukhufest block selection is completed through a personalized redemption link sent to the email address used at checkout.
There is no public redemption form on this page. Your personalized link will already contain the package, block allowance, and order information associated with your purchase.
Priority redemption opens August 29 at 12 PM Eastern Time.
Buyers who purchase an eligible block reservation, block pack, or All Week Pass before August 29 at 12 PM will receive a personalized priority redemption link by email when the window opens.
The priority window closes August 30 at 12 PM. Please save your Squarespace order confirmation and make sure you can access the email address used at checkout.
The final festival schedule will be built after nukhu.com finalist voting closes on August 29. Blocks may include finalist screenings, short film programs, feature film screenings, curated Nukhu favorites, filmmaker Q&As, panels, workshops, and special presentations.
Each block is expected to run approximately 70 to 120 minutes.
How Redemption Access Works
Early purchases made before August 29 at 12 PM
These purchases qualify for the 24-hour priority redemption period. Personalized redemption links will be emailed when priority access opens on August 29 at 12 PM.
Purchases made during the priority window
Orders placed between August 29 at 12 PM and August 30 at 12 PM are valid, but they do not receive access until the protected early-buyer window closes.
Purchases made after August 30 at 12 PM
New buyers will receive a personalized redemption link after their order is processed and may select from the block capacity that remains available.
Before You Redeem
Please keep the following in mind:
Your personalized link will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Each purchased reservation or package receives its own redemption entitlement.
If multiple copies of a package were purchased, the purchaser may receive multiple personalized links.
Each personalized link should only be used for the pass or package associated with that link.
Your available number of block selections will be determined automatically by the product purchased.
Block availability is live and subject to capacity.
Priority access provides the first opportunity to select blocks, but it does not guarantee that every preferred block will remain available.
Unused passes remain valid after the priority period, but later selections are based on remaining capacity.
Products That Do Not Require Block Redemption
Awards Ceremony-only tickets do not require block selection.
Merchandise, donations, and commercial pre-roll packages do not use the Nukhufest block redemption system.
All Week Pass holders will use their personalized redemption link to select festival blocks and confirm whether they plan to attend the included Awards Ceremony.

Check the inbox connected to your purchase.
Check spam, promotions, and junk folders.
Search for Nukhufest redemption.
Confirm that the email address being checked matches the address used at checkout.
Contact Nukhufest with your order number, purchase email, and purchaser name if the message cannot be located.
