Crime-Thriller, Feature Film

TENDER

Directed by Adam Hoelzel

TENDER is an independent crime-thriller feature film for a generation that realizes the dream of a quiet middle-class life is no longer compatible with today’s social and economic reality.

At its core, the film reflects how the millennial generation is far from owning the assets that their parents did at their age, revealing a socioeconomic issue that is transforming the way we inhabit places and cities.

Our MISSION is to produce this feature film and provide public screenings with the cast and crew.

We will also host and stream an informational panel on affordable ways to become a first- home buyer. Given that the film addresses millennials' financial challenges and the country's housing issues, this panel will provide innovative solutions for millennials aiming to own property. The session will be led by Robert Herrick, a real estate agent from Keller Williams.
