New York City has over 100,000 empty apartment units that are not listed for rent. Yet, the city continues to approve new building developments which drive up the prices of local goods and rent for communities members, creating unaffordable housing. 

The Holdouts is a half-hour comedy series about communities affected by gentrification starring Kevin Corrigan (Pineapple Express, Superbad, and Goodfellas)

Our MISSION is to produce this series and provide funding and promotional support to Coalition for the Homeless.

As the co-producer of “The Holdouts,” the partner would have their brand featured in a specific episode centered around their service or product.
